rocking your world straight out of astoria queens. this entry is.

oh, kelli i love you so much. i can't believe you broke down and gave me my xmas present 6 days after thanksgiving! they are barely playing the music on the radio!

and i can't believe it is a brand new spanking guitar! i am flushed with humbility.

listening to aimee mann's Lost in Space album, which will prepare me for the show at the Beacon theater this friday.

what's been going on?

today i wore the checkered shirt with the checkered pants, a real no no fashion wise, that i have avoided doing up till now. ive had the chef's hound tooth pants for 7 years now, ever since that fabled trip to the Allentown Thrift Store that basically layed down the foundation for my entire 'university- years' wardrobe. I got the tiny checkered shirt a bit later, i think in new york.

Never before, till this day, have they graced my body simultaneously...for an entire day, and in the scrutinizing public eye of semi- or soon to be friends of work.

one girl said she was getting nauseous. another said it was good, because the boss would'nt be able to concentrate on my location, and thus would avoid trying to give me directions.

this didn't work though, he certainly bossed me around a bit.

holy shyte aimee mann is great. her songs have this wonderful sort of feminine sameness to them. like revolving around a fixed point, album after album. but not really getting stale.

days till i will be in chicago:

12.

bye
