its interesting how everyone (ie nate, dave a, kostrub) are moving onto blogs, music voting places, and what not. im just a sticking with dland for the time being, people like to pick their own toes and what not.

sometimes school is so full of Stuff to Do that you can't even get a moment to think. I feel like that right now, and frustrated by the irony. Supposed to be learning right now! Must learn something!

and it was pretty amazing. the guy is a genius after all, garnering the prestigious MacArthur Genius award last year. its $500,000. yowsa. and he has a piece in MoMA right now.
I'm starstruck, we get some good visiting artists, but he was great. and just down to earth and smart.

my candidacy show is coming up in exactly a month. working working mind thinking, trying to keep moving

it snowed here today, after having 80 degree warmth earlier this week. Like the OMC song : "how bizarre". I wouldn't have believed it myself but there were clumps of snow on random cars (not everywhere, just in some places)

and people were planning on having barbeques today...
