today i worked
and sent a letter to virginia commonwealth university grad studies
regarding transcripts, letters of intents, blah blah

i wonder why i do things so half ass. yes it would be nice to go there, but i have a problem really committing to these applications. i run into a blockage of some sort in anything that i commit my self to. ... i get lazy and wonder if it is really worth it.

not out loud, or even in those words; i just feel less excited about a certain plan as soon as that plan starts to come into focus and lose its ambiguity. and that goes for everything in my life, its my modus operandi, to want to be the rich old man in the movie 'contact' who just observes the world from his own private satellite and smiles.

going to a hip hop ballet tonite. and there will be a hip hop summit of sorts this weekend. In moorhead, Minnesota. strange isn't it...
