what's been going on lately? getting in with Moorhead, Minnesota. I read the new york times and the village voice online to help cope with the shock of where i am. coming up with art projects, like this one i want to do soon involving weeding mulch around a windmill. I found a bear suit sitting on top of a dumpster the other day behind the thrift store. I guess they just couldn't find a person to buy it. I would have bought it, but now i have it for free, ha ha.
also, using the university of minnesota state for everything from music editing, to wood and metal shop, to internet speediness. taking a grant writing boot camp workshop to help bolster up another skill of mine, and a music composition class which is really cool. actually, people here are really friendly, from professors eager to help, to secretaries eager to help, to the next door neighbor eager to take me ice-fishing. i feel myself sinking into midwest oblivion... and i'm ok with it.
