its sunday morning. and im listening to amy mann, care of kelli's music collection. she is enjoyable, well so is kelli. but anyway, amy mann reminds me of eliot whatshisname? the guy who did that album figure 8. good fine songwriting.

kelli's parentals are in town, and we are running them all over the place. they are doing well keeping up, actually. we took a ferry to ellis island yesterday, and explored the fine museum on that famous imigration stop. lots to see, movies,plays, photographs, and fine fast food.

we saw this broadway musical 'mamma mia'. it was based on abba. Cindy would ve loved it. Me? well, i like abba, and the show was ok, but not my thing exactly.

i finally told my parents i got laid off, oh about 4 months after the fact. im such a wuss sometimes. yeah well, it was good to get it out there. they didn't seem as worried as i thought they might. in fact, there's nothing to worry about. freelance is treating my fine right now.
