oh man, before i start i want to invite everyone to log on to the latest new thing. Its "yourthoughts.diaryland", where you can put your own little entry. Anybody can, because the password is public. the password is "apenny". get it?

A penny for your thoughts! and so you can put up whatever you want. You can be someone different, you can be anonymous. You can use it as a 'demo' for diaryland if you've never used it before.... ok enough about that.

im super tired. i went for jog this morning, and basically have been up all day.

visited the super cool new york public library today for the first time. God, why did that take so long? It felt like i was coming home. I guess since i graduated, i've been in this non-student mode. but i've come to realize, that i can only ignore that part of me for so long. the fact is, i need books and junk. its like nutrients for me. just like a feller would need potassium, or beta carotyn ...

so i sat down and read the first few chapters of the Odyssey. as an epilogue to Ulysses. (YAY!, i found myself on the last page yesterday morning. what a great thing. i want to read it again now, but i have to read something else first though, just for variety. does anybody have any suggestions?)

so this whole epic oral tale spinning thing is part of the plan. I want to be a storyteller. maybe professionally. I'm thinking i need to get some practice. So that people like my stories.

And they have to be exciting, to hold their interest. for marathon periods of time. because we all should have long attentions spans. Maybe.
