hey world, back at it again, back up in ya, bringing it back to the basics, back to the people, down and out, up and down, sugar and sweet, ebony and ivory, yadda yadda.

tea water has just boiled and chirped in the kitchen. im at gabriel's and yo. its all good. its been a wonderful week here at penn state. at the penn stater conference center. looking at art. seeing art, hearing talks about and just general meeting cool people from portland, athens greece, chicago, nyc, la, portugal, etc. ad infinitum. everybody's cool and all is tumultuous in this crazy 'in'vironment. people are great to meat and talk to, meaty and juicy stuff to share. little romances that last a week long jeez its like we're at camp, cept now its not just marginalized by age (you have to be under 16 . . .). there are old guys, and students, and old women, and more students, and all kinds of 'others'.

and the partying now has been good and decadent. meeting at chumley's, dancing, drinking. dreams spilling out into other peoples mouth's that you just met.

and oh! the performances. damn good i must say. stelarc with his robot arm and hanging from shark hooks arrayed in his back. osseus labrynt (originally from state college!) brought down the house last nite with this wild alien goth show, transforming their bodies into strange aliens, just through movement. Movement as illusion. alien and the gothic. cyborg and darwin. and im helping out as a participant with guillermo gomez-pena tonite. its gonna be great. i think. all is well

then tommorow its off to allentown (after the festivities of the late nite) to be with mom-mom for her birthday. (80th!) Then its back on that old bus to new york and the world of the city again.

the trees are in bloom. the world is on fire. the weather and the mood and the spirit are awesome, rad, moving, groovy. and so on, and so forth. from my hart to yuirs. love- -------------------- d -------------------
