I'm going to be in a movie shoot tomorrow. This is what my agent told me: (paraphrased, of course)

"Dress like an East Village Intelligent Person [or EVIP, for short], from the 80's. This means one or all of the following --

Jordache

desert boots

chain belts

black, neon, or flourescent jeans

Michael Jackson leather Jacket

loafers (penny variety)

pleated jeans

suit jacket with pins (or gems -- bedazzler, anyone?)

track clothing (sweats, i guess?)

Anything 'Miami Vice'

Adidas

'Members Only'

Rayon Pleated pants

Rayon print shirt

This was the list they gave me, should i stray from the orders? How far? it's pretty explicit of a list. do i have any jellies anymore? Jams?

Well, I'll just have to see what i come up with.

It was great listening to this woman read off this list to me, she's a Ukranian or some thing East European, kind of like a Dr. Ruth character. She pronounced adidas aah-died-ass. it was great. Wish me luck.
